Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping and returns to continental US addresses.

LINEA Paolo only ships to residential and business mailing addresses located in the United States (and U.S. territories) and only accepts U.S. forms of payment.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, nor Puerto Rico addresses. There are no refunds on Shipping and Handling Fees unless the carrier misses a guaranteed overnight delivery date.

Shipping and handling fees are as follows:

Standard (5-6 day average transit time/no guaranteed delivery date): FREE

Expedited (1-3 day average transit time/no guaranteed delivery date): $15.00

Overnight (1 day average transit time/carrier guaranteed delivery date): $40.00

  • Please allow 24 hours to process all regular price* orders. We will make every effort to ship all the orders that comes in on our business hours M-F before 12 PM on the same day. Any order received after 12:01 PM, will be processed the next day.
  • This applies to all shipping services including expedited and overnight delivery. overnight delivery is not applicable to orders placed on standard holidays or weekends. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday.

  • UPS and FedEx no longer offer a money-back guarantee for expedited shipping services. In the event of a delayed delivery caused by the carrier, the shipping fee will not be eligible for a refund.

*Orders that include Sale and STYLE STEALS items may be subject to extended processing time of up to 5-10 days due to high order volume.

We will make every effort to accommodate your requests, however, we cannot refund any costs associated with expedited, overnight, or any other special shipping services, and encourage you to select Free Standard Shipping for your orders whenever possible.

Return Policy

LINEA Paolo takes pride in our quality and craftsmanship. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn or defective merchandise. Please utilize our Self-Served Returns page to initiate your return request.

Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, we will accept most product returns within 30 days of receipt. Items that are damaged or defective will be reviewed by our Quality Control team.

STYLE STEALS AND PROMOTIONAL SALE ITEMS

STYLE STEALS and purchases made during any special promotional periods are FINAL SALE / NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE thus excluded from the regular priced item return policy, as stated below.

REGULAR PRICE RETURN POLICY

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unaltered. Your return must be sent back inside a cardboard shipping box.
  • Failure to return items in original condition, inside a shipping box, and/or to include the original packaging will result in a 20% restocking fee.
  • Any item(s) not received in new and resell able condition will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
  • Returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • We will only provide one free prepaid label is provided for each order; therefore, all items must be returned in the same package, using the same return label, and inside a cardboard shipping box. Any additional return label(s) will result in a $15 per label return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • We do not provide refunds or reimbursements for any costs related to expedited shipping and/or any carrier-related service fees such as printing a label, purchasing packaging materials, and/or pickup/drop off fees.
  • LINEA Paolo is not responsible for damaged items during transit or items lost after delivery.
  • UPS and FedEx still suspended their money-back guarantee for expedited shipping services. In the event of a delayed delivery caused by the carrier, the shipping fee will not be eligible for a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the carrier misses a guaranteed overnight delivery date.
  • All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Damaged/defective merchandise will be reviewed by our quality and production experts for credit consideration. Upon approval, credit will be issued.
